- All fees should be made payable to 'ILM Academy' with the name of the child and the fees type in the memo field of the check

Tuition Structure:
Tuition for 2011-12 is the total cost of attending ILM which is covered partly by the parent and partly through scholarships, as shown below:
Tuition = Parent Responsibility + Basic Scholarship.
Scholarships are provided through various sources of funding. The following table details the tuition structure:

*Tuition Payment Plans:
ILM Academy provides a number of payment plans as a convenience to parents. Regardless of payment plan selected, parents are liable for the entire year's tuition as outlined in the Financial Agreement.
The following payment plans are available for 2011-12. Please choose one of the following by August 1st, 2011:
- Pre-paid Single Installment: Pay the entire annual amount - with a discount - in a single payment by August 1st 2011; or
- 10 Pre-paid Installments: Sign up for recurring automated payment via ACH (Automated Clearing House) or submit 10 post-dated checks for all ten installments on August 1st, 2011. If submitting checks, they will be cashed on the first of each month starting August 1st 2011 and ending May 1st, 2012; or
- Monthly: Pay 10 monthly installments of equal amounts starting on August 1st, 2011 and ending on May 1st, 2012. This option is only available for Pre-K.

Scholarships:
The following scholarships are available for 2011-2012:
- Multi-Children Scholarship (MCS): Families with multiple children enrolled at ILM are entitled to an automatic 20% scholarship on the Parent Responsibility portion of tuition for their second child. An additional 20% scholarship is given to all subsequent children (40% for 3rd, 60% for 4th, etc.).
- Staff-Children Scholarship (SCS): Children of staff members are given a 75% Scholarship on the Parent Responsibility portion of their tuition for each child enrolled. Children of staff are not eligible for Multi-Children Scholarships.
Financial Aid:
A limited amount of Financial Aid is available - based on community sponsorship - to students who demonstrate financial need for grades Kindergarten and above. Pre-K students are not eligible for Financial Aid.
